鋁合金平板式摘架排管是我公司根據(jù)客戶的要求,而研發(fā)用來代替無縫鋼管擁架管的.已被廣泛應(yīng)用于分割肉類水產(chǎn)品速凍禽類.面食.調(diào)理食品以及部分果蔬食品的快速凍結(jié)。
The aluminum aloy calandria with the flat plated shelf is the product upon customer's demand in our company.Theresearchedand developed product used to replace the seamless steel Tube of shelf tube style has been widely applied intne meatsegmentation,frozen aquatic product,quick-freeze the poultry.cooked wheaten food,prepared food and fruitsand vegetablesfood.
1.相同溫度 條件下的鋁的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為210W(m2.%C,而鋼鐵的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為46W(m2%C)困材質(zhì)原因鋁的導(dǎo)熱性能明顯強(qiáng)于鋼鐵的傳熱性能。
1.Under the same temperature conditions,thermal conductivity of aluminum is 210W(m2.C),while thermalconductivity of steel is 46W(m2.C).Caused by tie material factor.Heat-conducting property of aluminum is clearly strongerthan heat transfer performance of steel.
2.鋁合 金的使用溫度下限為269C.而GB/T8163國標(biāo)無縫鋼管的使用溫度下限只有29'C.冷凍庫的庫溫.般在30"C左右.速東庫溫度達(dá)-45C左右顯而易見鋁搬架管更安全可靠

重量輕安裝方便
鋁排的投影面積和蒸發(fā)面積可達(dá)1:3或1:4,鋁排只需安裝在冷庫的頂部就能達(dá)到理想的制冷效果由于其重量輕安裝快捷省工省力并保證庫體結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,降低結(jié)構(gòu)造價(jià)。

增加庫容量
由于鋁排安裝于頂部庫體四周不需要安裝墻排管,新穎的設(shè)計(jì)口無形中增加了冷庫的容量提高了冷庫的利用率，
Because of installation on the top of Cold storage,it does not install the wall coil around the storage.The innovativedesign hasadded the storage capacity with influence to improve the use ratio of cold storage.
制冷劑用量小節(jié)約成本
同樣的制冷里鋁排管長度少于鐵排因此制冷劑的充注量小即節(jié)省了成本且制冷效果更好
With the same amount of refrigerant,the length of aluminum is less than that of iron.So the small amount ofrefrigerant saves the cost and gets better efrigeration effect.
食品干耗少
食品的干耗在壓縮機(jī)工作時(shí)停機(jī)時(shí)緩解 由于鋁排降溫速度特別快壓縮機(jī)工作時(shí)間短停機(jī)時(shí)間長所以用鋁排制作的冷庫與用傳統(tǒng)鐵排或風(fēng)機(jī)的冷庫相比食品干耗少食品保鮮效果也更理想

鋁排冷庫特別是面積大的冷庫鋁排上基本無霜或只有少量的浮雷因此除箱方更恒溫恒濕效果佳
The aluminum cold storage,especially the large area aluminum of cold storage,is basically free from whitewash or thesmall amount of whitewash;therefore,it is easy to clear up the whitewash and maintains the excellent ffect of constanttemperature and constant humidity.
